We always bought honey at the grocery store in the teddy bear plastic container. I was never a fan of honey but my husband is. . My husband and I watched a You Tube video about a young man that started raising bees in hives at his home and made his own honey. It was very interesting so I decided to look up the closest local honey made in Florida. I found the Sweet Bee Company. I chose it because it got so many good reviews. Many people liked the orange blossom honey, so I decided to order that.
It is delicious. I got a honey stick and drizzle it on an English muffin and it is so good. I also like it on cornbread. It has no aftertaste like the store bought brand. It has a pure , clean flavor that is so much better. I order it in the 16 oz. glass jar. I like it in glass and the shipping package is so strong and secure, with padding and wrapped in pretty honey bee paper. I only order 16 oz. at a time because I like it to flow nicely, it can start to thicken and crystallize some. I know you can warm it up, but I love getting a fresh new jar of it.
If you like sweet honey, you will like this. This is our second jar. 🐝🩷

The honey is absolutely delicious. I cannot wait to try it in different recipes.
