I used your hot honey in a hot honey garlic n ginger n scallion n sesame soy sauce to bake salmon fillet n your Tupelo honey as topper last night n cooked rice it was single batch recipe n i shook it then used a 1/2 cup n poured n rubbed n flipped the salmon till both sides where coated depending how thick n how large your salmon filet is you can start with anywhere from 2 Tablespoons to the entire batch recipe i followed this recipe that says use kosher salt I used 1/2 the amount cuz I used Himalayan pink see salt in find grind with low sodium soy sauce but I rather use San-J Tamari sauce not regular soy sauce but I added sesame seeds n scallions n i only had garlic powder n ginger powder but the next day i added scallions n a greated fresh ginger this photo is a1/2 cut used n topped with another scallion slices n a fresh lemon slices with seeds removed
